For questions about the run or purchasing a ticket, please e-mail the Event Director, Meagan Rice, at mylesandmyleswego@gmail.com or Diane Fraser, President of Stray Aid & Rescue, at mail@strayaid.org.

You can also find more information by visiting the 5K page at www.mylesandmyleswego.com !!

Remember...
1. You must check in prior to entering the event. There, you will be given a blue wristband as proof of check in so you may leave and return as you wish.
2. ALL dogs and puppies MUST be on a leash regardless of size or temperament. Dogs without a leash or overly aggressive dogs will be denied entry to ensure the safety of all others. Bring a travel water bowl for your pet. Bottled water will be provided at the park.
3. Bring a friend!! Even if they have not registered online, wristbands will be sold at check in. EVERYONE is welcome !!!!
4. HAVE FUN :)

Once you arrive....
1. You will be greeted by a Park Ranger at the front gate who will give you directions to Shelters 7 and 8. It's really simple, just follow the 5K signs all the way to the end and you'll arrive at the last parking area in the park and there you are! (Hint: Once you see the Stray Aid & Rescue bus and registration table, you've arrived at the event!)

2. Please disregard the sign that states you must pay a weekend park fee. You will NOT have to pay that. Just let them know you are attending the 5K.

3. Roll down your windows! You will be greeted by two people at your car to check in (if you haven't already) and receive your blue wristbands. You'll also be given a few poop bags for your furry friends and you'll have the opportunity to leave an optional donation.

4. Hook up your leashes, grab some refreshments and enjoy a wonderful morning walk with your family and dogs, along with great entertainment and activities out on the field.

NOTE: We realize that most of our dogs might not be able to walk/run an entire 5K. Those coming with dogs are invited to walk for 1 mile or as far as your dog can go, and those without are welcome to complete the entire walk/run. There will be water stations with bowls for the dogs as well so please be sure to hydrate both yourself and your dogs!
